Photo Backgrounds

I recently found some great vintage pieces at the gdub.  My son was wanting to play outside on his playground on a beautiful fall afternoon. Sitting next to his playground is my grandpa's old 1950's truck that is waiting to be restored.  I thought, why not take some photos for etsy using the old truck as a background.  Entertain the kids and get some work done, awesome!

So, here are a few of my photos. What do you think of the truck as a background?

I think I'm liking the look, but don't think it will work so well in a few days when the snow arrives.
If you are interested in any of the items shown in the photos be sure to take a look at my etsy store, the link is on the right sidebar.

Coogi or not to Coogi, that is the question

A few weeks ago I stopped by the new Gdub in my town. They put up a nice new brick building to replace the old small one in the old part of town. I'm sad that they closed to old one down, as it was very close to my work. The new one is clear on the other side of town.

I decided to make the trek to the other side of town to check it out and reward myself for a hard week. I was disappointed to see that they had raised their already kinda high prices, but I guess they have to pay for the new digs somehow, right?

I thought I hit pay dirt when I found a men's 4X COOGI sweater for $6.99.  However, once I got home and started researching it, I began to think that it was a fake.

So, dear readers, can anyone help me out?  Is this a fake or not?  Light weight fabric, made in china tag, size 4x, embroidery on the sleeves, take a look and let me know what you think. I found one just like this that sold on Ebay, but I don't want to risk selling a fake!

I'm back......

Whoa Friends, has it been a long time! Hard to believe my last post was over 3 years ago- but here I am. A few things have changed- I am now...
